If you have already booked your cruise trip directly with a cruise line, depending on the circumstances we MAY be able to transfer it to the agency to allow your Advisor to assist without a fee.
If we are unable to transfer your cruise, we may offer a concierge planning option based on your needs.

Absolutely! MAT Advisors are experienced with understanding and setting up families with a wide range of special needs for success. Some of our Travel Advisors have backgrounds in special education, special needs in their own families, or hold certifications from IBCCES.

Deposits: If you are booking a cruise further out, you may only need to pay a deposit to hold your trip. Final payment dates vary and are usually based on length of cruise.
All cruise payment requirements vary based on the supplier, but your MAT Travel Advisor can answer questions about your specific cruise and sailing.
Your payments will be processed into the Supplier’s (cruise line) secure payment portals by your Travel Advisor. The agency does not hold or deposit any of your vacation package funds into our company account.
Most cruise lines accept most major credit cards. Any charges to your credit card will show up as a charge from the supplier, and not Mom Approved Travel.
Each supplier has different rules, but for most itineraries, the minimum age for babies to sail with a parent or guardian is 6 months at the time of embarkation; but some itineraries such as South Pacific, Transatlantic, Hawaii and Panama Canal repositioning cruises, the minimum age to sail is 1 year. Your MAT Advisor will be happy to review age requirements for the specific cruise you would like to sail with you.
